The Program

The foundation for advanced recovery.

The Monarch stabilization program provides medically supervised and assisted detoxification, which is considered the safest and most effective method for cleansing the body of substances.

The Monarch team, working with onsite medical professionals, determine when medical assisted detoxification is warranted
  • Medically Supervised Detoxification & Stabilization
  • Detoxification from Alcohol and/or Opiates – Medically Assisted when required
  • Addiction Counseling & Therapy – Individual, Family and Group Sessions
  • Health & Wellness Programming – Yoga, Art Therapy, and EMDR
  • 12-Step Meetings
  • Next Step Planning
Every Monarch client is discharged with a Next Step Plan and is transported to the next facility whether that be inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, sober living facility, or home with a detailed plan of exactly how they will maintain their first 90-days of sobriety and the range of local resources at their disposal.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences.

Planning

Some helpful reminders.

Notify your employer. In some cases, federal law recognizes addiction as a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) may protect your job and insurance if you're absent from work to receive addiction treatment. Call our care advocates to learn more about this legislation and find out if it applies to your employment situation.

Tell your employer that you'll need to take medical leave and how long you will be out of work, but remember that you aren't required to disclose the reason why. You have a right to privacy regarding medical issues, and employers are required by law to keep your situation confidential.

Arrange for childcare. Talk to your trusted loved ones about their availability to care for your child or children. Your kids will likely want familiar, comforting faces around while you’re away. If your child has any upcoming programs, events or appointments, be sure to arrange plans for those obligations as well.

If you have pets, you may ask friends and/or loved ones to see if they can care for them temporarily as well. The person or people caring for your dependents should have contact information for our facility so they can stay in touch.

Keep in mind: your recovery will positively impact your loved ones as well.
